PAYMENT

All Buy it Now Best Offer items must be paid within 48 hours. We reserve the right to relist and sell all items that are not paid within this time period. 

SHIPPING

Unless otherwise posted in the listing delivery is included. The included delivery is to your front door or garage only(LTL or Fedex type deliverys). Our standard shipping method can be expected to deliver within 2-4 weeks(2 weeks or so of packaging and 1-2 weeks of delivery transit time). We also offer white glove in home delivery and set up for an additional charge. Please call or email for a price quote and transit time quote to your area

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

The selling price here includes our standard delivery service which is basically curbside delivery. We do offer an upgraded service, White Glove Delivery. This premium service includes two delivery men and the item(s) being brought inside your home set up where you would like it. This delivery is an additional charge and the delivery times can vary depending on whats being delivered as well as where the order is going. Please contact us for a quote and estimate of delivery(please note this type of delivery is usually slower than our standard shipping service).

Delivery

Upon shipment we will email as well as post the tracking information. Please use this to pro-actively track your shipment and prepare for arrival. Unless paying for the upgraded delivery option there will only be one driver at delivery. Any items over 70 lbs please have some help present to take delivery. Upon delivery please inspect how the items packaging looks and notate on your delivery receipt any sign of damage at all to the packaging. Torn shrinkwrap, dented box, hole in box, etc. More than likely the company will not allow you to open the package while delivery is taking place and signing damaged packaging on the delivery receipt protects you should there be any damage to the product once opened. That being said we ask that you open and inspect all items within 24 hours of receipt. Should there be damage and it is reported outside of the 24 hour window following delivery it could result in forfeiture of your shipping insurance and therefore we can not be held responsible. We have over 40 years combined packaging and shipping furniture and are very good at it but even with that experience there is always a chance of a damaged item being delivered. In the rare occurrence this should happen please do the following. 1) Report via email to us within 24 hours of taking delivery. 2) We require photos of the exterior, interior packaging, photo of the shipping label showing the tracking number and photos of the damaged item. Please do not discard any packaging materials or items, since the carrier may have to pick up the item for their claims review. If in doubt… Call for what to do and how to handle it immediately. We also ask that you do not refuse any products/shipments. This will greatly help in expediting the solution whether it be replacement, repair or refund. That being said we reserve the right to choose which of the three choices(replacement, repair or refund) to go forward with. Should anything be repaired we always guarantee it to be restored back to manufacturer's specifications unless sold as otherwise.

In the rare case there should be damage upon delivery

Please receive all pieces and notate any visible signs of damage to product and/or packaging at time of delivery. This will allow us to most quickly and efficiently resolve the issue via repair, replacement, refund or a combination of. The main thing is receiving the product properly. Please contact us at time of delivery if needed. We always are available via phone, text and/or email to help with any questions at all. Your receiving email with the tracking information will have the cell phone number for one of our managers who can be contacted anytime day or night!

We sell both brand new in the box items as well as new out of the box pieces. Please read each description carefully and ask questions before bidding/buying. Thank you for your Business.

RETURN POLICY

Should receipt of the item(s) take place and it not work for any reason at all - different look once its in the home, size is larger/smaller than anticipated(maybe you forgot to measure!), or any reason at all - returns are accepted. Refunds are given as money back. The item(s) can be returned for up to the first 14 days with a 25% restocking fee and all delivery charges to and from are non-refundable. Repackaging of the product(s) is the responsibility of the purchaser. Items not returned in the original condition will be subject to charge. Any cancellation after 48 hours of initial payment but before shipment will be subject to the 15% restock fee. Please email or call with any questions or concerns at all.

We are a family owned business located in Mt Holly, NC. With our location right in the heart of furniture country we specialize in product marked down below the wholesale price. We do this by focusing on furniture that has been discontinued, showroom items and sometimes we purchase slightly damaged items and repair them back to manufacturer's specifications. Each listing will specifically list at the top which category each falls under. We are constantly adding new items every week as well as have many more items available that are not listed. What to expect after purchase

Once purchase of our certified item(s) and payment is complete you will receive an email confirmation within the next business day. It will contain information regarding shipment, taking delivery etc. as well as any specific information we may need that isn't already provided. Now starts the packing and shipping process. Please understand that most items are not prepackaged. Each piece first has a final shipment inspection to ensure the quality matches what is described in the listing. After the item(s) are packaged extremely careful including Styrofoam wrapping, bubble wrap, creating form fitting boxes, etc which can take several days depending on the volume of orders our small company has at any given time. This is why we ask for 10 business days after payment is received before releasing to the delivery company. Once released we will email with the online tracking information as well as what to expect at delivery(delivery times via our included service are normally 2-5 business days). Throughout the process we check in via email/phone intermittently to keep you abreast of where your new purchase is along the way.
